Product Description
The 100 Gram Argor-Heraeus Gold Bar is proudly produced by the Argor-Heraeus refinery of Switzerland, which was founded in 1951. Over the nearly 70 decades since its establishment, Argor-Heraeus has become one of the world’s most highly regarded refineries of precious metals.
The 100 Gram Argor-Heraeus Gold Bar is a substantial, gleaming example of refined gold. Gold has long been associated with wealth and prosperity and is strongly rooted the in customs and symbolism of nearly every culture. Symbolically speaking, gold stands for success, achievement, and triumph. At the highest level, the color gold is associated with higher ideals, wisdom, understanding and enlightenment. It inspires knowledge, holiness and a deep comprehension of the self and the essence of the spirit.
The obverse of the 100 Gram Argor-Heraeus Gold Bar displays the Argor-Heraeus logo. The obverse also shows the bar’s purity (999.9) fine gold, weight (100 grams), and a certified assayer’s signature. The serial number, unique to each gold bar, is shown at the bottom of the bar. The assayer’s card, on which the gold bar is sealed, bears the matching serial number.
The reverse side of the 100 Gram Argor-Heraeus Gold Bar is smooth, unadulterated gold. One wants to touch the silky surface, but it is best to leave it in the sealed plastic of the assay card for safekeeping and proof of authenticity.
